於畫者而言，寫生是一種心靈洗滌的經驗。
對於過去，畫者試圖抹去一切，卻力不從心，使那些模糊的圖像反而呈現出一種更為真實的狀態。面對當下，畫者決心迎接挑戰，讓生活在陌生環境中沉澱下來。來到台灣後，畫者走訪了許多台灣景致進行寫生。在這些遊覽過程中，在寫生的瞬間，畫者發現自己逐漸理解這陌生環境，也慢慢淡忘那些不願記起的過往。
