Asia Art Center and YOD Gallery will jointly participate in the group exhibition Tennoz Contemporary at TENNOZ ART WEEK 2025. The presentation will feature works by emerging Taiwanese artist Xiao Qi-Heng, whose practice explores the intersections of travel, daily experience, and memory. Through a distinctive pictorial language, his works transform personal experience and spatial perception into diary-like narratives.

The works on view are selected from Xiao's 2025 solo exhibition Summer Vacation at Asia Art Center (Taipei). Developed from his five-day trip to Tokyo in the summer of 2023, the series records fragments of places and journeys in visual form. Exhibited again in Tokyo, the works not only resonate with the sites and memories depicted but also carry the sense of revisiting familiar ground, extending the artist's ongoing exploration of the relationships among experience, place, and memory.

In addition to Xiao's works, the exhibition will also include presentations by Hidehito Matsubara, Hosoe Eikoh, and Tadanori Yokoo, together fostering a dialogue that bridges generations and regions within contemporary art.
